XPF is a braided flame retardant sleeving made of polyester monofilaments. Designed for military, aeronautical, commercial, industrial, and marine applications where flame resistance and abrasion protection are required. The open weave construction allows for extreme flexibility while stretching and contracting to accommodate irregular shapes and sizes. XPF expands to two or three times its original diameter allowing for easy installation without the use of heat or special tools. Excellent for lightweight, low profile bundling of wires, tubing, cables, harnesses, pneumatic hoses and hydraulic lines.

Allows for easy identification or inspection with easy access for rework.
High abrasion and cut-thru resistance.
Melt temperature 240°C/ 464°F.
Maximum operating temperature 125°C/ 257°F.

Impervious to rot and fungus.
Not affected by immersion in water, salt water, jet fuel, gasoline, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, antifreeze, oils, and cleaning agents.
